Our customer centric return policy allows you to return of goods subject to Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods which cannot be returned and no refund will be given for Perishable goods if the delivery address provided is incorrect or person at the delivery address is unavailable to receive goods. No free of cost second delivery attempt will be made for non- perishable items.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellation and Refunds (if applicable)
Please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order, if you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order for full refund, please also note that cancellation requests received after that are subject to 20% cancellation fees. Order cannot be cancelled when it is out for delivery or shipped.
After receiving the order, if you want to return the items, please note that your refund may be subject to 20% re-stocking fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. you have 7 days for non-perishable items after you have received your order to return and claim for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your cancellation request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment after deduction of the fees as mentioned above, within 10 days from the date of approval of your cancellation request.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damage at the time of delivery which is verified from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on email: sales@senkolagroups.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.499, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
